[wtp-dev] A Web page that summarizes the bugs were submitted for PMC app

I created a Web page [1]  that
summarizes the bugs that were submitted for PMC approval. Just to reiterate,
you need at least one positive vote, no negative vote and wait 24 hrs before
you can release your fix to the build.
