[wtp-dev] alternative source control repositories


Can you provide a _brief_ list of advantages? (Or pointer to such a list?).
In particular, I'd like to use one that has multiple text encoding capabilities.
Or, you might read and/or comment in following bugs.

Speaking of SCM's have you all discussed or considered moving from  
CVS to SVN?  Theres alot of advantages in doing so that would be a  
huge improvement for developers and the development process.
