[wtp-dev] What's up with http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/ ?

Since around last week, the committers download site started to periodically go on strike. It intermittently comes back with truncated results like the following. This is a serious problem for people trying to download the latest I and M builds for testing and development.

Testers

        Web Tools Platform project
the pre-reqs for that particular build.
