[wtp-dev] WTP Project Explorer changes

To this end, the recently added plugin,
org.eclipse.wst.common.explorer is no longer necessary and will be removed
from the 1.5 WTP M6 builds.  The platform now contributes a viewer
which we can use for our WTP extensions.  So, point to note, if you
are extending the viewer:

The viewer Id for this week's Eclipse
I build is "org.eclipse.ui.navigator.resourceContent".
 
This is a change from what it had been
in M5, as "org.eclipse.wst.common.explorer.CommonProjectExplorer"
And please note, in the next Eclipse
platform I build, it will be "org.eclipse.ui.navigator.projectExplorer"

Everybody got that?  Good.  :-)

We will react the J2EE and web services
extensions accordingly in WTP to these platform changes and if you extend
or use the viewer Id, you should as well.
