Please add https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=130618
to the 1.0.2 Hot List. The WTP 0.7 metadata migration code fails on project import of
1.0.1 web projects while the Web App Libraries (WEB-INF/lib) classpath
container is initializing. This causes the Web App Libraries container to not
be populated until the workspace is restarted. The stack trace only goes to the
console. It does not appear in the Error Log. The user has no indication that
something went wrong and that the “lets see if a restart will fix it”
solution is necessary.
