[wtp-dev] WTP 1.5 Build Pre-reqs have been updated to pre-M5 levels

I've updated the dependancy files to
get "all the latest". 
I think most of the 39 compiler breaks
are due to the change in getPluginDescriptor stuff that's been broadcast
on several dev. lists, and ... supposedly .... easy to fix. 
(But, don't hesitate to ask for help
if issues).

• The Eclipse driver used in this build is eclipse-SDK-I20060208-0848-linux-gtk.tar.gz. You can find a suitable driver for your platform at here
• The EMF driver used in this build is emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-I200602090000.zip
• The GEF driver used in this build is GEF-SDK-I20060209.zip
• Java EMF Model Runtime driver used in this build is JEM-SDK-I20060203.zip
