Just  to document it, there was
a "rebuild" done after the one most people smoke tested, but
I believe there is 
no need to re-test since there was nothing
substantial that changed. Below is a list of the plugins that 
changed.

       don't know details, but Naci himself
committed the change so I'm sure its good to go :)

that only blocking fixes should be released the day of the smoke tests]
