Contratulations and thanks to all for
getting "up" on M4 pre-reqs. 

(Close observers will notice we didn't
get smoke test results from the server team ... 
but Tim said he could not do test today,
but said if Chuck and Kathy were 
happy then he was too ... (so, any of
you others on server team better speak up quick if 
you are not happy with it!)).

BTW, I've just realized we should have
built this with an S_M4 identifier. 
Rather than re-name, I'm actually going
to try and rebuild again, since map files 
have not changed, and will later today
create an "S build" formally named "S-M4" ... 
but it will be identical to tihs I-build,
code wise.
