Yes, the current plan is that WTP 1.5
will require Eclipse 3.2. While we have not explicitly sized maintaining
some compatibility layer ... its imagined to be far too costly at this
early point in WTP's lifetime. 
(As always, feel free to let us know
of any huge impacts, or provide concrete suggestions on how we could lesson
them).

Will WTP 1.5 require Eclipse 3.2?   
Or, can WTP 1.5 run using Eclipse 3.1.1? 

(I remember seeing somewhere that the WTP navigator views would part of
Eclipse 3.2 and was wondering if that meant that WTP 1.5 would require
Eclipse 3.2)
