[wtp-dev] RC4 Cool Down Activities - Testing and Verification Required

RC4 is now ready for testing.  Our
plan is to test this for a week. If the quality is acceptable, this will
be our 1.0 release. Please be prepared to give a ship/respin recommendation
at our Thursday status call.

In addition to testing, we also need
to focus on cleaning up Bugzilla. We have a very large number of unverified
fixes. Here's the Top Ten List [1] by component. If your component is done,
then help your teammates. Our goal should be to verify and close as many
of these as possible before moving on to 1.0.1 and 1.5.
