[wtp-dev] RC1 Build (Break) Status

Just to keep everyone equally informed,
I have opened
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=118753
to discuss the current last minute build
break. 

The good news is that "build according
to components" 
(as limit as that currently is) 
does help catch accidental component
dependancy mistakes! 

I have a proposed fix ready to release,
but will try to confirm with 
the effected component teams before
I do (if they work the same
late hours as I do :)
