[wtp-dev] Usability improvements to the runtimes section of the facets s

Hi,

 

I just released changes to improve usability of the runtimes section of the facet selection panel (the second page of the project creation wizards). The runtimes panel is now hidden by default to account for the majority case where the runtime selection will be made on the first page. A button is used to make it “slide out”. The way that filtering and binding is represented has been re-worked to hopefully make it more intuitive.
