[wtp-dev] WSDL validation broken in current I-build

Keith discovered about 10 minutes ago
that WSDL validation is broken in the current build. The problem is due
to a problem with the build src specification in org.eclipse.wst.wsdl.ui.
I've just committed and released a fix for defect 116054 in case we need
another respin today.

Ok, all have reported on I200511110103, and a respin is in progress to
pick up fixes for 116010 and 115959. 

There's been a few unexplainable "build failed" while trying
to respin ... Naci has restarted Cruise Control 
which usually helps a lot. He's even offered to reboot the Linux machine!
 if that doesn't fix it :)
