Despite a great many heroic efforts to get lined up this week, we are not
quite there. 

The RDB function doesn't work with the "jarring" of their plugins,
and some fixes are needed 
to be functional.

After discussing with RDB component (Larry) our plan is to have a weekly
I-build ready 
by Monday noon, eastern time. 

Other components, please do not "release" changes to map files
(except for 
documented blocking defects), but you can commit to head. 

For those who want to temporarily "get the latest" build available,
you can get one of our 
"continuous builds" at 
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/ 
such as

Sorry for the delay. 

(to make matters worse, I mistakenly had copied the new build to the weekly
area, 
thinking I'd get a head start, which I will now delete .. it would have
been there an 
hour or so, some adopters might have picked it up before verbally declared).

I should emphasize, this delay is no one teams fault, is mostly my fault,
and is mostly 
because we tried to do two weeks worth of work in this one week.
