[wtp-dev] Facet documentation

With facets part of M9 we need to have
complete and up-to-date design documentation on project facets available
for WTP extenders so they can react to these changes. 

Is this documentation already available?
(I couldn't find it on the site.)  If not, is there a plan to make
this documentation available?
