[wtp-dev] Servlet and EJB creation caveat in M9

Extended Team,

Due to the plugin jarring which occurred in M9 of the J2EE plugins, some changes were required in the setup of the classpath on
the hidden  ".WtpJetEmitters" and ".JetEmitters" projects.  So, if you use an old workspace to try and generate an EJB or a servlet
in WTP M9, the source code will not get generated.  The workaround is to manually delete these "." projects as they will get recreated
on demand.  To do this, you need to disable the filter which hides all "." content.
