[wtp-dev] Web services tutorials updated for M8

Hi,

I've updated the four Web services tutorials
for the WTP 1.0 M8 driver (it's mainly to reflect the update dialog to
create Dynamic Web project).  They can be found in:

http://eclipse.org/webtools/jst/components/ws/1.0M8/tutorials/

Lawrence will be putting a M8 tutorial
link in the main tutorial page.
