[wtp-dev] Sorry for all the spam from bugzilla

I've updated the owners of all the bugs
(you can see there were many) where the owner was wtp-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx.

The only bugs that may still spam this
list are those that are already closed and are reopened at a later date.
On that note, as a reminder to committers, if you are handling a bug please
reassign it to yourself instead of leaving it assigned to the default inbox.
A default inbox really shouldn't own a bug once it is resolved as someone
(you) had to place the bug in the resolved state.
