[wtp-dev] Released Web services fixes

FYI, the following fix has been made,
reviewed, committed and released to the following defects today under tag
v20050721_1740, and no, this is not the Axis 1.2.1 fix (that's about to
be committed shortly). This one is a fix to a couple failing JUnits.
