Subject	[wtp-dev] 6/17 I build to be re-spun at 10 AM EDT

At the request of the web services team, this weeks I-build needs one more
crank, to fix failing JUnit tests and 
fix a "manifest" problem that prevents org.eclipse.jst.ws.axis.creation.ui
from activating. 

I'll delay slightly and start this build at 10:00 AM EDT in case there's
other problems that need to be addressed 
this morning.
