list of "web conferences", this direct link might help.

JOIN THE WEB CONFERENCE
Join the conference up to 15 minutes prior to the start
of the meeting.
Go to http://w3.ibm.com/e-meetings/webconferences
When asked, enter your user name (or IBM ID) and password.
Enter the exact meeting name (case sensitive) into the
empty text field in the web conferences portal.
Conference name: WTP Component Open House
When prompted, enter the web conference
