[wtp-dev] Mistakenly created two I-builds for M4 candidate

In case anyone is wondering ... an automatic
I-build was triggered both because I forgot to 
"pause" the auto process after
initiating the re-build, and someone who shall remain nameless
updated some component API tool files
so cruise control detected "something's changed"
(ok, I'll name him, Jeffrey had warned
me he was updating some scripts to be used post M4, 
but nothing required for M4). 

I have confirmed the map files were
identical, am currently doing some other integrity checks, 
and plan to delete the 23:01 build.

the 20:37 build is the right one. 
(unless someone quickly tells me there
is a reason not to).
