[wtp-dev] LibDirBuilder

Fabrizio,
This builder is no longer added to web
modules during creation and as far as I know will not work for the new
flexible project structure.  Are you working w/ an old project?  Obviously
your fix is straight forward, but I was unaware of anyone adding the LibDirBuilder
in M4....do you know how it's being added?
Please let me know asap so we can drop
the fix if warranted.

Probably is too late to include this in M4, but if
for any reason a
respin will occour, could anybody give a look at:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=92397

it is just a null check to avoid an annoying NPE in
LibDirBuilder.
Also if it can be considered not so critical the patch is really
simple and safe... it has been marked for M5, but I think it could
worth a commit now...
