[wtp-dev] Respin planned for 6 PM EDT

Some teams have told me (offline) they
didn't quite get things synched and released on time for the 3:00 auto-build
(still in progress), so there's expected to be some errors in it. 

So ... just to plan ahead :) ... I'll
plan on waiting until 6 PM (EDT) to start another one, just to give any
other teams a chance to inspect logs, see that all's ok, and re-release,
if 
needed.
