[wtp-dev] Latest I-build break

To keep all informed, the 5 compile
problems in latest I-build were caused by some last minutes changes 
to coordinate versions (all, ultimately,
traceable back to me, I'm sure) ... so the I-build will be re-spun later

tonight ... once I can verify correct
versions have been released by the team with the compile error:
  org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.webservice

Can probably be avoided in future to
follow "warm-up" progress more closely (and have better 
notifications :)
