Jeff,

All those files are copied over. 

My guess is:

The extension of the files is html, not php, but even after I chnaged it
to .php it still only partially processed.  There must be something
wrong with the script.

You are right.  They need to be copied over manually.

As part of this change, there are six files being added to the /home/webtools/org.eclipse.wtp.releng/dropSiteRootFiles directory. I just want to make sure that these files will show up on the main download pages because I can't find any reference to the "dropSiteRootFiles" directory in the build scripts. I assume this directory will be "copied over" on the actual build machine. Is this true?
