[wtp-dev] Planned build server outage

Committers,

The build server will be offline on Friday 11/03 until Monday
14/03.  We will be updating the os to Redhat Linux ES v4.0.

The following software will also be installed on the build
server:

 - Tomcat 5.5.7
 -  JDK 1.4.2_07
 -  Derby
 -  CruiseControl 2.2.1
 - Ant 1.6.2
 - CVS

Please provide additional requirements if you need, we will try to
accomodate them.
