I'd recommend we also put effort forward during M4 to tie into update manager
in a useful way. 
The "Eclipse Model", if there is one, is to install the base
Eclipse then install new features you want. 
If someone wants "WTP" we should be able to automatically pull
all pre-reqs (if not already installed), 
as well as provide easier links for optional pieces, such as a derby runtime,
for example. 

I *think* Jeffrey is tasked with this? (apologies if wrong) and I think
it was him and I that talked 
about getting our build IDs as the forth field in our feature version IDs,
set our plugin IDs to 0.0.0 
(so computed during build) and we shouldn't have to do much more (though,
that "feature == build ID" piece will 
take some effort from our build experts).

We are planning to create a pre-packaged  version of WTP with I/S-Builds
on the ObjectWeb Lomboz site, although not an official build that could
help.
