Can we rename the file to "index.html" so that users need not know the exact name to view it?

The main page WTP-news-M3.html for New and Noteworthy for M3 where all components are link into is in www/webtools/development/news folder. Teams can create their components New and Noteworthy in their own component and link it to the main page. For J2EE and Validation I have created it in www/webtools/jst/components/j2ee/M3/news folder.

Any questions/comments are welcome.

Thanks, Vijay

Re: [wtp-dev] What's New and Release Notes

I've uploaded a set of templates for a recommended layout for our New and
Noteworthy documents for 1.0M3.  Arthur's agreed that they can be edited
as HTML for now.  You can find them in the /home/webtools repository under
working/development/WTPDevelopmentPractices/news.  Vijay is working on a
main page for all of of the components to be link back to and we expect to
store them in .  Each component does not need to have its own page if
there's not enough to justify it--for example, SSE will only have a single
page covering the user-visible changes in M3.  The goal with these
templates is to adopt a single appearance across WTP as well as with
Eclipse itself.
