to ask, because I've seen others discussing it there, 
so maybe someone could help. 

I might also help, if you haven't already,
to say what you *are* seeing. 

Also, it would be interesting to know
why you are trying to do a build, as opposed to 
using the ones from download site. Different
platform? Different Java?  Just curious, mostly
but might be some related clues there.
Plus, it would verify you really need one in the 
first place :)  and aren't really
trying to do something else.

Is there no clues (errors or warnings)
in log file? Besides the build log per se, I think in some cases of 
severe errors, there's a log file in
the meta directory of a workspace created doing 
the PDE part of the build.

    Where can I direct questions regarding
building WST.

    I've followed the instructions to build  org.eclipse.wtp.releng,
    but I still don't have any WST features in the resulting
build
    directory. What are the next steps?
