Can we please update the milestone plan for the server tools.  I hear you 
guys working on items but they are not a part of the plan.  Specifically:

- What is the status of the jboss plugin?
- What is the status of the generic server extensions?
- What is the status of the new module/project model handling for servers?
- What is the status of publishing APIs?
