Here is the build and release plan for the upcoming WTP M2:

We will do a series of builds starting on 12/16 that will lead to our M2
release.  


12/16  - Integration Build - Our final integration build
based on Eclipse SDK 3.1M3.  This build will be the official M2
release if our M4 migration fails (committer vote no go) in the period
leading to 12/22.

12/16 - Integration Build -Trial integration build based on
Eclipse SDK 3.1M4 Integration Build.
12/17 - Integration Build -Integration build based on Eclipse SDK
3.1M4 ( if released).
12/18 - Integration Build -Integration build based on Eclipse SDK
3.1M4
 - Testing -
12/20 - Integration Build -Integration build based on Eclipse SDK
3.1M4
12/20 - Test - 
12/20 - committers vote go/no go
12/21 - Project lead approvals (David Williams can vote for Naci)
12/21 - Build on demand
12/22 - Project leads review/approval and declare M2 achieved
12/22 - WTP M2 Build (based on Eclipse M4 or M3)
