[wtp-dev] renaming common plugins is complete ... resume committing to C

Hi,

I've completed the renaming exercise
and updated the plugins as shown below (as well as downstream dependencies).
  Please feel free to resume committing to CVS.

Here's a summary of the plugin renames
that were performed:

        org.eclipse.wst.common.ui
-> org.eclipse.wst.common.frameworks.ui
        org.eclipse.wst.ui
-> org.eclipse.wst.common.ui
        org.eclipse.wst.uriresolver
-> org.eclipse.wst.common.uriresolver
        org.eclipse.wst.ui.properties
: org.eclipse.wst.common.ui.properties

Please note that in order to make things
compile I've tagged plugins and updated the map files where required. 

For those who have code that has not
been checked in yet (or if I've happened to miss something) there's a handy
ANT script in CVS under
wst/components/common /development/scripts/rename-11-16-04
that contains the relevant package mappings.
