This is an updated version of the project set including the missing
project ( org.eclipse.wtp.jst/components/common/ ) and also the tomcat

There is one missing project in org.eclipse.wtp.jst/components/common/
This is a temporary plugin required by the server tooling. It includes
things as natures, web projects etc. This plugin will be replaced by the
new project/module architecture in the future.
