RE: [wsvt-dev] Great Tool!!!
|
hi
Arthur,
Yes, I
would like to participate in WSDL 1.2 work. Unfortunately i wont be at F2F in
Palo Alto (I might dial in).
And
also if possible, I would like to participate in making this tool work outside
the eclipse as you suggested.
This
helps us even embrace 1.1 validator.
One
more question, Who directs this work? I mean in terms of priortization or
features, issues etc.
regards,

Adi,
Thx for the note. It is a goal of the
project for the validators to run from a shell, i.e. they should not require
eclipse. We want to support the use of this code from many environments, e.g.
shell, Ant, app servers, applications, etc.
It's time to kick off the WSDL 1.2 Validator work. I'm
on the agenda at the Palo Alto F2F of the W3C WSDL 1.2 WG [1], Tuesday, Sept.
23, 11:15am to demo the current validator and invite participation from the
WG. Would you like to participate in the WSDL 1.2 work?

- Thread-topic: Great Tool!!!
hi all,
I think this is a great
tool.
I dont see any traffic on this
mailing list. Is this work active?
Couple of questions
regarding the validator,
1. Can this validator be used outside the
context of eclipse, May be as a standalone piece?
I think this allows easy pluggability
of the validator into various different types of products.
If that is possible, we would like to
embrace this.
2. What are the plans for supporting WSDL 1.2?
I know Arthur Ryman from IBM
has mentioned about his tool in W3C WSDL Working group.
