[wb-dev] New NLS Key generation implemented

Hi,

We have implemented the new NLS key generation scheme. Also we have created  the hudson job that triggers on Gerrit changes [2] and that creates a repo we can use to test changes.

The NLS change is still in Gerrit and can be installed from this update site [1]

The preferences contain a new field

When activated it will result in the following key generation.
