[wb-dev] Nominate Lars Vogel as co-project lead for WindowBuilder

WindowBuilder Committers, 

I would like to nominate Lars Vogel as co-project lead for WindowBuilder. Lars was instrumental in getting our new WB build in place and would like to help with some of the organizational needs of the project. Lars is interested in taking on this responsibility, and I am extremely supportive of the idea as well.

Logistically, we will hold the voting here on the wb-dev list. Existing committers can vote +1 for Lars and voting will last one week. Once complete, we will forward to the EMO for final confirmation.
