[wb-dev] "Fixed" syntax error in DesignerMethodBinding and DesignerMetho

FYI - There was a syntax error in the wb repo in DesignerMethodBinding
and DesignerMethodBinding because an interface method impl was mising.
I added methods return null.

Existing WB committers might want to improve that "solution", I have
not dug into the usage of them. See
