[vtp-dev] Commit rights for Brent Metz have been expired

Terran ('Trip') Gilman has expired the commit rights for Brent Metz
(bmetz).  The reason for this change is:

Brent has requested he be removed from the project.  His other endeavors do
not allow him the time to contribute to the project any longer.  Brent will
be missed and has been a great asset to this project.
