Terran ('Trip') Gilman has declared that Randy Childers (rchilders) is an
active committer on this project.  The reason for this declaration is:

Much of Randy's work has been in documentation, testing, and providing
support on the development list.  These things are very valuable to the
project success and his contribution is reflected in this status update.
