[vtp-dev] CVS related problem

hi all,

iam trying to create a new cvs repositary in the eclipse. i have followed
the steps given in the link

http://www.eclipse.org/vtp/developer-setup/developersetup.php

but unfortunately, iam getting the following error.

Error validating location:"couldnot connect to
:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/technology:cannot connect to
host:connection timed out:connect"
