[vtp-dev] WTP 1.0 daily builds

Hi,

As updated WTP 1.0-based XML editors
come online in CVS I have changed the build process to use WTP 1.0. The
daily builds as of tonight are using it successfully. There will be a few
more days of transition work but now would be an excellent time to grab
WTP 1.0 and move to it if you haven't already:
