[virgo-dev] Notes on kernel authentication

I made some notes on authentication in the kernel and added them to org.eclipse.virgo.documentation/design-docs/kernel-authentication in case anyone is interested.

In general, if we spend some time understanding an area, it would be worth capturing that understanding somewhere. In this case, it was easier to dump my notes in git rather than fiddle with the wiki.
