Hi Wayne

I am responsible for this slip, but I do plead ignorance. I was actually unaware of this requirement for milestones and, until now, thought that a formal release is where the Eclipse process is first applied formally. Perhaps I missed some explicit statement in the copious Eclipse Development Process documentation? Any pointer much appreciated to see how many other rules we are breaking. ;-)
