Thank you for pointing this out: CQs 4377 [1], 4375 [2], 4376 [3] were indeed still awaiting approval when we shipped milestone 3 -- this was our fault, and we apologise.
However, approval arrived on 12th August, and the CQs are all now in "awaiting_analysis" state and all eligible for Parallel IP.  We anticipated these approvals by two days.

Thank you for pointing out this breach in our process; we will endeavour to not make the same mistake again.

Due to network problems I cannot now access our blog -- this will be recovered in due course, however, the Logback code (at that version) is indeed in the distribution and is woven into many of the binaries as a result of the Medic repository aspects which directly use it. It may not be visible as an executable or a source jar to the casual user.
