[virgo-dev] snaps (modular web applications) contribution underway

The renaming of the slices prototype to become the Virgo snaps prototype is complete and we are awaiting "parallel IP" approval before checking the code into Eclipse git.

snaps works with an an old level of dm Server and will need migrating to work on Virgo after it has been contributed.

Full details of the changes relative to slices are at [1]. Bug 318155 [2] tracks the contribution and points at the relevant CQ.
