Hi all,

As you know the download page of VE is out-of-date since longtime, it is
very important to re-integratethe build in to Eclipse system. Otherwise,
VE will be dead.

I need some helps to modify the releng scripts. Any kind of helps are
welcome: doc é tutorial of releng, modifications of the scripts, etc.
