Hi Delio,

There is currently a version of the Visual Editor that will be targeted 
for use with the Europa release, but there is at least one significant 
bug remaining that must be resolved before it will be ready. Because the 
bug has proven difficult to troubleshoot, I didn't want to tie it to the 
Europa release train. Despite that, I'm hopeful that it will be 
available on or around the same timeframe as the rest of Europa.

This goal of this particular release (1.3.x) will be to make VE work 
with Europa. Once that is accomplished, I have lots of plans (as do 
others) for enhancements to VE based on that version. I'll be posting 
those ideas both here and on the eclipse.tools.ve newsgroup for comment 
and possible community contributions.
