Hi,

As long as you have not yet executed
Eclipse even once, then it is ok, but if you have executed it even once
there will be some files that get added that are system specific and could
cause problems. The better way is to simply put all of the zips onto the
CD and unzip on your home machine. That way you will have a clean copy
at home.

Now I have another question.
 
If I installed all plugins I want from Software Update Eclipse Menu I can copy the Eclipse directory and record in a CD and just copy at home computer (that have no internet access)?

Hi,

You are probably using Eclipse 3.1. Eclipse 3.1 is not compatible with ve 1.0.x, which is all that is available from software updates. If you can wait until Monday we should have the final VE 1.1 release out by Friday and that one will work with Eclipse 3.1 and it will be available from software updates.

If you can't wait, then you will need to go to the VE download page and download the latest integration build (and the required levels of EMF and GEF).

The second thing is it would be better to ask questions on using VE, such as this kind of question, on the eclipsetools.ve newsgroup. The newsgroup has a wider audience for answering such questions. This mailing list is for VE developers and VE extenders discussions.

I updated eclipse from his menu Help > Software Updates.
 
I installed via internet the VE (Vusual Editor) but when I try to load some example the folowed message appears:
