We just physically downloaded it from
the download.eclipse.org site and used WinZip Version 8.1 Service Pack
1. And there was no problem.
Either there is a problem with your
WinZip, transmission problems, or you are being redirected to a mirror
other than download.eclipse.org and that mirror has a corrupted file. To
test where you are being redirected to, hover over the download link and
see where it says you are going.

It works for me, but we get automatically redirected to a mirror and can't
download directly from download.eclipse.org. However, you don't need the
full SDK, try getting just the emf-sdo SDK. We don't using any of the xsd
stuff.
